By placing an order on ceylondiscovery.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and include the product only — shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. We may update products and prices at any time. Product images and generated artwork are illustrative; handcrafted goods may vary slightly.

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Payment is taken securely at checkout through trusted third-party processors — PayHere for Sri Lankan customers and PayPal (card or PayPal balance) for international customers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive an invoice email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there’s an error in pricing or product information, if we cannot ship to your destination, or if we suspect fraudulent activity — and we’ll refund you in full in that case.

We ship from Sri Lanka. Domestic (Sri Lanka) orders are delivered by our local courier partners. International orders are shipped by our carriers with full customs documentation.

Import restrictions and customs duties vary by country. Where duties are not prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that receiving our products is legal in their country before ordering. Ceylon Discovery is not liable for customs holds, seizures, destruction, or additional charges imposed at your country’s border. If you’re unsure, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays are outside our control. You’ll receive tracking once your order is dispatched.

Our Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. In short: because we ship food and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns of opened or perishable items, but if anything arrives damaged or not as described, write to atheeshawic@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and we’ll make it right — a replacement or refund.

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. Reviews may only be submitted by verified customers who have received the item, and we may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or off-topic.

All content on this site — branding, text, imagery, and the Ceylon Discovery name — belongs to us and may not be reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
